Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
1) Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
3) Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
2) Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
4) Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
5) Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendorsPrepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
6) Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
7) Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
8) Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Preferred Qualifications:
1) Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
2) Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
3) Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
4) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
5) Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
6) A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
7) Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
8) BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

Marketing Manager Section

Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1 ) Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops.
2) Prepare an annual budget for community outreach activities.
3) Nurture new and old relationships with collaborative partners.
4) Schedule regular outreach exhibitions in the community and educate employees on community responsibility.
5) Prepare accurate records and reports on the goals of the fundraising plan.
6) Oversee a professional donor management system.
7) Assist in the organization of special events, including donor/volunteer appreciation events and other fundraising initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related fields.
2) Preferred experience of 3-5 years within non-profit fundraising or outreach activities.
3) Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.
4) Strong experience preparing reports.
5) Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
6) Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms.
7) Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
